Isomo Global Fellowship is calling young educators, creatives, researchers to collaborate and co-create interventions in language learning, digital literacy, and leadership formation.

Isomo’s Global Fellowship offers a unique intercultural opportunity to explore alternative approaches to language learning, practical learner-centered development, develop teaching pedagogy in cross-curricular contexts, and contribute to a disruptive model that redefines what it means to learn.

Fellowship Eligibility

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate self-motivation, a passion for driving social change, and a deep curiosity regarding educational and developmental systems.

College Students & Recent Graduates

All college students and recent graduates, regardless of their program of study, are strongly encouraged to apply.

Language

All applicants must have very good spoken and written English skills

Technology & 21st Century Skills

Proficiency in technology, including digital literacy and familiarity with modern tools and platforms, with demonstrated mastery of 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, collaboration, adaptability, and communication.

Nationality

Applicants of all nationalities are eligible to apply.

Fellowship Duration & Location

All applicants will be required to spend a minimum of 90 days in Rwanda working on different Isomo interventions. There are provisions for an exception during the application process upon request.

International Travel

Fellows will be responsible for their travel arrangements to and from Kigali. Isomo will support Fellows with in-country travel for all work-related trips.
